"They handled my son’s ankle injury well"
My son ended up rolling his ankle on the dodgeball court, and of course my first thought was, great, here we go. But the staff came over quickly and were really calm about it, which helped. They got him some ice, helped us fill out the incident report, and even checked in on us again before we left. The only thing was the front desk took a little while to get a manager over, so I was kind of standing there thinking, okay, are we doing this or...? But overall, they handled the situation well and made sure we were taken care of.

"Easy check-in, but expect a short wait if it’s busy"
Just a heads up for anyone going when it’s crowded: check-in was easy, but you might have to wait a few minutes. The staff were friendly and helped us get the waivers done quickly, so it wasn’t a big deal. Once we got our wristbands, we were able to go in right away. Overall, it was a good experience, but I’d definitely plan for a small delay during busy times.

"Fun, but way too crowded..."
We had a good time overall, but... it felt way too packed inside. There were so many kids on the trampolines at once, and the staff didn’t really seem to step in much. During the busy time, it just felt a bit messy and not as safe as it should’ve been.

"Customer service could’ve been better"
I don’t know, it just wasn’t the best experience for us. The staff seemed busy, which I get, but we kind of felt like we were left hanging a bit. They weren’t rude or anything, just not very helpful when we needed some assistance.

"Easy party day with a really sweet host"
Our party host was really nice, and she did a great job keeping the kids moving from jumping to pizza to cake without it feeling chaotic, which I appreciated because kids’ parties can get a little wild so fast. The drinks were a bit slow to come out at first, but after that she checked in with us a bunch and made the whole thing feel easy. Overall, it was a nice, low-stress party day

I don’t really get the complaints about the noise because it was totally fine for us. The kids still had a great time, and it never felt like too much.

"A Fun Day Out, But My Wallet Felt the Plot Twist"
We had a really fun time here, and the kids definitely enjoyed themselves. But wow, the prices hit a little harder than expected, especially for a family outing. It’s a great spot for making memories, just maybe not the easiest place on the budget.

"Worth it if you go a lot"
We ended up getting the membership because my kids have been asking to go basically every week, so at that point it just made sense, right?? It definitely saves money if you actually use it often. Signing up on the website was simple enough, no big hassle. My only complaint is that I wish the rules and blackout times were explained a little more clearly before you buy. But overall, we’re still happy with it.

"My kids really did have a good..."
My kids really did have a good time here, so I don’t want to make it sound like it was a bad experience. I just found myself second-guessing the supervision a bit while we were there. Some of the staff seemed really on top of things, but a few others looked kind of distracted, which made me a little uneasy with so many kids jumping around. Nothing actually went wrong, so maybe I’m being a little overly cautious, but I did expect a bit more consistency. Overall, it was fine and the kids enjoyed it, I just think there’s some room to improve on the safety side.

"Refund went better than I thought"
Had to cancel our booking kinda last minute, so I was stressing a bit about getting the refund back. It took a few days and yeah, I had to follow up once, but they did get it sorted without much drama. The staff were polite and explained things clearly enough. Not totally perfect, but way better than I expected.

I felt safe overall, which says a lot because I’m usually the type to notice when rules aren’t being followed. Maybe I’m just extra cautious, but it seemed like they were enforcing things well without making it feel too strict.

"Nice staff during my visit"
I stopped by last week, and the staff were friendly enough while I was there. The place itself was okay overall, not amazing, but not bad either. For the time I spent there, it was a decent experience.

We went in expecting there to be a bunch of different things for the kids to try, but it mostly felt like the same trampolines repeated around the place.
After about 20 minutes, the kids were already asking what else they could do. There were a few other areas, but they were either small or just didn’t really hold their attention for long.
For the price, I was hoping for a little more variety. It’s probably fine if your kids just want to jump the whole time, but for us it got boring fast. Did anyone else feel like there wasn’t much to do after a bit?

"It used to feel better maintained"
I remember the equipment being in better shape before. This time, some of the trampolines felt worn out, and I noticed a few of the pads were ripped. It just seems like the upkeep has slipped a bit.

"Not really for little ones"
I took my 5-year-old here and, I don’t know, it just didn’t feel like the best fit for his age. There were bigger kids running around in areas that seemed meant for smaller kids, and I didn’t really see staff step in much. Some of the stuff looked more geared toward older kids or teens, so after paying, he barely wanted to do anything. We ended up leaving disappointed

"Quick waiver, honestly painless"
I filled out the waiver on my phone before we went, and I thought it might be annoying, actually, no, it was really easy. Took just a few minutes, nothing confusing or weird, and checking in was quicker once we got there. Definitely nice not having to deal with it at the front desk.

"Pretty decent, but cleaning could be tighter"
I took my kids to Altitude Trampoline Park and overall it was fine. The trampoline areas looked clean enough, and I didn’t notice anything really gross while we were there (which is always my first concern at places like this).
The bathrooms could’ve used a little more attention, though, and a few tables in the seating area had crumbs and sticky spots. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just felt like they were a little behind on keeping up with it. The kids still had a good time, but I’d say the cleanliness was just okay.

"Restrooms could really use some attention"
The bathroom was dirty when I visited. It’s not even about expecting everything to be perfect, but the restrooms definitely needed cleaning

"Birthday party went smoothly overall"
We had a birthday party here and, for the most part, it was well organized. The staff did a good job keeping everything moving once we got started, but check-in was slower than it should’ve been. whoever runs this needs to figure out a better system for getting people in faster

"Feels overpriced for what it is"
I felt like I paid more than I should have for this. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I expected a lot more. I can see other customers feeling the same way if they’re hoping to get better value for their money...
